 Coastline Challenge & Music Fest
for Mental Health Awareness!
Yes, Milford, CT. has an amazing coastline and we want to create this event to walk it or run it, all of it or part of it is up to you! 
You can walk West Haven or Stratford as well! 
Or Any coastline during that time and post!!
 Start your adventure on Friday May 5, 2023 after 12 am. 
Walk until Sunday May 7th  at 3:00 pm
There is 14.41 miles of accessible Milford coastline to walk or run,
the sunrise, sunset or just the beauty of the coast is yours to see.
West Haven has an amazing boardwalk.
Stratford is beautiful! 
Plan your walk for some amazing scenery. 
 Best sunset locations-Gulf, Point beach, Audubon
 Best sunrise locations Woodmont, Morningside, Silver Sands, Walnut
Track your walk with a walking app- Map My Walk is our favorite
Find QR codes posted along the way
(camera on phone or a scanning app)
These QR Boards will have Sponsors on them to visit their small business, and photo opportunities. 
Photos and Selfies are a log of your journey

Walks with Buddy, Inc is about health and wellness with walking.
Alexander Jordan Jamieson Foundation is about music and mental health.
Together both organizations are about Suicide Prevention!
